Watch The 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival 8 Movie Trailers Here

We have 4 days left before Christmas day and aside from Christmas Eve family and friends gathering or the "Noche Buena", Christmas Bonuses (Aguinaldo) and Christmas carols , the annual Metro Manila Film Festival is also one of the most awaited events of each year here in the Philippines. If you are a Filipino and living here, you most likely already know what the MMFF is. : ) But for those who don't, it is a yearly event which takes place from December 25 until the first week of January the next year and during this time of the year there are no other movies that are shown in cinemas around the country but Filipino  films. And when there are foreign movies that are in the middle of showing dates when Dec 25 comes, these are put on hold until the MMFF is over.

For this years 39th Metro Manila Film Festival or simply called MMFF, there are 8 official entries which are listed below. This year, we do not have Enteng Kabisote but Vic Sotto is still in the scene with Kris Aquino in My Little Bossings, Neither Bong Revilla nor his movie is in this year. Actually there is no magic-themed movie for this year's MMFF, right? But the quality of these Pinoy films are definitely better than the previous ones and I am happy to see that this is happening to our local movie industry.
