HP is Back With Slate Voice Tab Android Devices

Hewlett Packard or simply HP is back again in the mobile device race and has just announced its next-gen Android phablet devices that targets multi-tasking users on the go. HP unveiled the Slate 6 Voice Tab and Slate 7 Voice Tab. These two slates are powered by Android 4.2 Jelly bean and as what the devices' names imply, the displays measure 6" and 7" respectively.

HP has not announced the full specifications of the said Voice Tabs but so far here are the specs that have been unveiled and also based on re/code report. Aside from the screen sizes, these two phablets will have the same technical specs right out of the box and yes these devices are capable of making and receiving calls.

- 16GB internal storage, expandable up to 32GB
- 8.98mm slim (Slate 6 Voice Tab)
- 9.5mm slim (Slate 7 Voice Tab)
- 5MP Autofocus and LED Flash rear camera
- 2MP Front shooter
- 720p resolotion

For now as per announcement by HP the Voice Tablets will be initially available in India sometime in February and then most likely the rest of world will follow. For the pricing many believe that these gadgets will be pocket-friendly one and could cost between $200 and $250. But of course, it's better to wait for the official announcement from HP than speculating.
