Lenovo ThinkPad 8 An 8.3-inch Full HD Windows 8.1 Tablet

Lenovo has announced the ThinkPad 8 tablet that offers portability and productivity and is many times being compared to Apple's iPad Mini with Retina Display because of its size measuring 8.3 inches and its display which is sporting a 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, that resolution is higher than what we can see in the usual 8-incher tablet that we currently have in the market. So if you don't like using iPad Mini Retina or it does not fit your lifestyle but still want a device that can provide you great picture clarity, Lenovo ThinkPad 8 is the best contender.

Some of the best things this ThinkPad 8 can provide you is that the company added a micro HDMI and Micro USB 3.0 ports at the edge of the slate which makes it compatible to be connected with a PC monitor and can serve as a  secondary monitor for your existing computer set plus other accessories can be attached like a keyboard or a mouse.

Under the 430g aluminum chassis is powered by a 2.4GHz quad-core Intel Atom Bay Trail processor and a 2GB of RAM. It is also small and light with its dimensions of 132 x 224.3 x 8.8mm. Storage selections vary from 32GB, 64GB all the way up to 128GB. Cameras are pegged at 8MP and 2MP rear and front respectively. And then for connectivity functionality, a WiFi only version will come out as well as 3G / LTE variant but that would depend on market as to which the tablet will be released. In the US, the Lenovo ThinkPad 8 will cost around $400. Good deal right?
