LG G2 Now Comes in Red and in Gold Variants

Looks like LG is not done yet with its current flagship smartphone, the LG G2, as the Korean company released two new versions of the device. One in red and another in gold. When it comes to specs these two new varaints are offering, nothing has changed from its original brother that means everything is the same. However these red and gold G2, unlike the first black and white colors that were released last year, now have textured back panels.

There is just one not so good news though, these red and gold G2 smartphones will only be released in Singapore for the time being. That's kind of bad news for people who wants to have this LG in another color aside from the default black or white ones. This maybe temporary, maybe the company is just testing how these new devices will be received by people this market and from that point they decide if these gadgets are deserved to have an international roll out. The device will be available via Starhub, M1 and SingTel starting January 18 for around US$700.

Here's a quick look at its specs:

- 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor
- 1GB RAM
- 16/32GB built in storage
