Just to be clear, Apple nor Tim Cook has not officially announced yet its upcoming smartphone offering where many refer to it simply as iPhone 6. The company is not expected to unveil this device at least two months from now. However a luxury and accessory brand Brikk is now officially accepting pre-orders for this iPhone 6 smartphone graced with gold and platinum and diamonds as well.
On Monday, Brikk announced that they will be offering 14 luxury versions of the said iOS device and that includes 24-carat yellow gold, 24-carat pink gold and pure platinum finishes. That would be for the much rumored iPhone 6 with 4.7-inch display and 128GB of internal storage. If customers are able and willing to pay extra cash, they can also add over-a-carat of white diamonds to embellish the Apple logo on the back.
Since the iPhone 6 is not official yet, Brikk still reminds buyers that...
“specifications, images and information cannot be guaranteed and is subject to change based on the actual release of the iPhone 6 by Apple Corporation.”
Brikk, according to their press release, also added...
"Each piece is disassembled inside Brikk's state-of-the-art laboratory in Los Angeles, USA by a team of highly skilled engineers. They are hand polished, prepared and plated with five layers of diverse metals before their final plating in either two layers of gold or platinum."
Prices will start at $4,495. Customers who plan to place pre-order can head over to the Brikk website and have to be advised that the company requires a $500 nonrefundable downpayment fee. Devices will be shipped 3-4 weeks after Apple announced the iPhone 6.
