Samsung has sent invites to the media for its upcoming and confirmed "Unpacked" event on September 3rd which will simultaneously be held in three cities from different countries namely Berlin, Beijing and New York.
The invitiation tag line says "Ready? Not the date!" is already an almost confirmation that a new Galaxy Note phablet is coming our way. Some other blogs also say that Samsung may also unveil its long-rumored Galaxy Alpha smartphone at the same event. We'll know.
Almost everyone in the tech world is expecting Samsung to pack this Galaxy Note 4 with new and existing features from the previous Samsung Galaxy phablet and from its current flagship smartphone the Galaxy S5, such features would be the same display size from the Note 3 (5.7"), QHD Display or with 2560x1440 resolution, fingerprint scanner, water and dust resistance and many more. Although most rumors of the past upcoming Samsung devices were proven to be true, these features and specs here for the Galaxy Note 4 will only be confirmed by nobody but people from Samsung itself at this September 3 event. So we really have to wait until then.
Coincidentally, although it is not officially confirmed yet, according to a report on Re/Code Apple is also ready to set an event on September 9th where the company is expected to announce its new device or devices. If this is proven to be accurate, Apple will announce the also-much-rumored iPhone 6, as what many refer to it. Other reports say it is only an iPhone 6 with 4.7-inch display will be announced while some other rumors tell there would also be another iPhone 6 device with 5.5-inch display and an iWatch too. This announcement date from Apple seems to be correct though as the Tim Cook-led company always makes new iPhone announcement during this month or within this period of the year.
It is going to be a busy and exciting month for tech industry and Android and iOS fans around the world.
