Moto X 2014 Edition is Now Official

The new Moto X smartphone has just been announced. It is a follow up to last year's installment which does not have a new name but simply MOTO X. When it comes to design, specs and features the second generation Moto X definitely has a lot of improvements from the previous version. It's bigger yet thinner, lighter and more premium looking.  Even the "Okay, Google" voice activation command can now be customized to your own command.

Even though the new Moto X does now sport Quad HD display like the ones on LG G3 and Galaxy Note 4, it's 1920x1080 resolution should still be able to provide sharp and clear display on its 5.2-inch screen. The Moto X 2014 edition is now metal framed device and that includes many of its physical keys such as home button and volume rocket. The dual front facing speakers are still being featured on the device.
