Is the ZTE Q7 Smartphone Another iPhone 6 Rip Off?

Lenovo has the Sisley S90 and BlackView offers the Ultra smartphones that look very identical to the latest Apple iPhone 6 smartphones. And yet there is another known smartphone maker that is about to join the party, this time it is coming from ZTE with its yet-to-be-announced Q7 smartphone.

The ZTE Q7 just got certified over at TENAA, China's equivalent of NTC in the country or FCC in the US. This particular device seems to want to be the iPhone 6 Plus as it sports 5.5" HD display, the same size as the 6 Plus iOS smartphone but instead of having a 1080p resolution it has a 720p. Even the dimension is very iPhone 6 Plus at 157×78×7.9mm and only weights 160grams.

It is also said to be powered by an octa-core processor by MediaTek clocked at 1.5GHz and 2GB of RAM for multitasking purposes. A 16GB internal storage will also come with the handset which also looks to be expandable via microSD card. On the software side there would be an Android 4.4.4 Kitkat and not only that, the Q7 will support LTE network. Those are actually quite nice specs but for now, it seems that the Q7 will initially be (or exclusively) available in China. An official announcement from ZTE is still expected for the device and hopefully we get more details especially about the missing specs info and availability date if they plan to release this in the Philippines.
