ZTE Star 2 Now Official and is Fully Voice Operated

When it comes to voice command functionality, Apple's iPhone, Google's Moto and Microsoft's Lumia devices are the first manufacturers and devices that will come to our mind whenever we hear this particular feature. Today there is a  new company that wants to join into the mix, and that is ZTE and its first entry is the Star 2 smartphone. However ZTE claims their newest device is different than the others as it is system-wide voice operated phone and not just when only connected to the internet.

The voice recognition technology on the ZTE Star 2 is not an app like Siri and Cortana but is fully embedded in the device itself and that what makes it different from the existing competition. With that in mind, users will be able to make calls, send text message, launching and switching between apps, play music, take photo and many more completely hands free. ZTE claims the Star 2 has a response time of just 1.2 seconds and up to 90% success rate. This is one of the very interesting features that I have heard on a smartphone this year and I am pretty sure I am not the only one here who would like to try this in action as soon as possible.
