If you can still recall the Korean electronics company had previously announced Tizen smartphones last year but always ended up either being cancelled or delayed indefinitely, however this time around the case is different and hopefully will lead to global roll out of the new series of Samsung smartphone powered by a new mobile operating system that is solely created by the manufacturer itself. The first to taste the Tizen offering is none other than India.

The Samsung Z1 is now available in Indian market for 5,700 rupees or about Php4,200.Running the Z1 is the 2.3 version of Tizen OS and right now one of the big challenges this smartphone is facing even in India is the lack of apps supporting the device.
