For prepaid subscribers who want to buy content or make in-app purchase, the amount to be bought will be deducted from their load and for postpaid customers will be added on top of their monthly bill. That means that the need to have a credit card to make purchase is no longer the requirement here and as long as users will register to the Pay With Mobile service purchasing will not be a hassle anymore.
The service has officially been made available since February 16 and will have its full function buy February 18, 2015.

Once subscribers have the Pay With Mobile number, they need to go too their Apple ID account settings for iTunes or App Store and enter the Pay With Mobile number given to them via text message and other information and select MasterCard for payment option.
Please be advised that upon making purchase via this service there will be an additional fee on top of the content price that will be deducted from the prepaid load or will be charged additionally on the postpaid account.
