MyPhone Uno Priced at Php4,599 To Be Released on Friday

Following the official launch of the Android One Initiative in the Philippines, the MyPhone Uno smartphone was unveiled as being one of the first smartphones to be released under Google's Android One project.

Two days ago when the smartphone was unveiled only technical specifications were revealed but not the asking price for the device when it becomes available for purchase. No one knew how much the Uno would be priced aside from being announced that it would be under Php5,000 price range,. Well today according to a post on YugaTech the MyPhone Uno will be for Php4,599 and will be available this coming Friday and that's according to their source from MyPhone store at SM North EDSA.

 MyPhone Uno specs:

- 4.5-inch FWVGA display
- 854 x 480 resolution
- 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor
- 1GB RAM
- 4GB storage
- Supports microSD card up to 32GB
- Free 8GB memory card
- 5MP rear camera
- 2MP front camera
- Android 5.1 Lollipop
- Dual-SIM
- 3G/HSPA+
- WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
- FM Radio
- 1700mAh battery
- Php4,599

When the Cherry Mobile One and MyPhone Uno were unveiled I assumed that the One will be priced slightly higher than the Uno and that is because the CM device has 8GB internal storage right out of the box compared to the Uno which only has 4GB. Both smartphones have free 8GB memory card. But I was actually wrong, the One is officially priced at Php3,999. MyPhone Uno is Php600 more expensive than the Cherry Mobile One.
