About a couple of hours after Globe announced that they are now accepting pre-orders for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge together with the postpaid plan pricing, its rival telecommunications Smart also just unveiled their own version of the newest Samsung smartphones offering for its postpaid roster.
Unlike Globe Telecom, Smart has not revealed yet its pricing for the devices so as of yet only a registration form has been made public online. If we follow previous moves done by Smart when it comes to start offering flagship devices like Galaxy Note phablets and Apple's iPhone smartphones, we are most likely to hear the full postpaid pricing for the devices either before this month ends or early April. Since Globe has released their own pricing, I think that will be an additional factor for Smart to release their own as early as possible.
Although the new Samsung flagships come in 32GB, 64GB and 128GB storage options, on the Smart registration site 32GB and 64GB are the only available selections to choose from. As for colors Smart will offer this in black sapphire, white pearl and gold platinum.
Smart also promises preview kits for the Android devices to be available soon at their select wireless centers below.
- Jump Megamall
- SM Dasma
- SM Cebu
