Cherry Mobile just announced the Cosmos Two smartphone which offers a very competitive line of specs and features for a very competitive price. There is a lot of things this device is giving for a price tag of no more than Php6k and to name a few there are the 5-inch HD IPS display all equipped with Full Lamination technology, 1GB of RAM and a 64-bit quad-core processor from MediaTek.
Starting this weekend the Cosmos Two will be available at any Cherry Mobile kiosks and concept stores for only Php5,499. Users can run two SIM cards at a time which both supports LTE network for fastest internet connectivity via cellular towers.
As what mentioned above, this device is powered by a 64-bit processor clocked at 1.5GHz however it does not run on the latest Android Lollipop OS but on the so-year-2013 Android Kitkat instead. Hopefully users will get a Lollipop update in the future. USB OTG is supported on this one which is very important especially for users who like to transfer files from one storage to another.
On the back of the Cherry Mobile Cosmos Two sits a 14MP camera with BSI or Backside Illumination feature to make the shooter capture better photos in low-light environments. On the front is a 5MP lens.
Cherry Mobile Cosmos Two specs:
