The successful Alcatel Flash Plus just got a new installment, the OneTouch Flash 2. This device is now officially launched and will be available in the Philippines for the said suggested retail price (SRP) of only Php6,190. It's a new budget-friendly-yet-powerful smartphone offering from Alcatel which promised to be affordable without compromising the performance. In fact it's actually cheaper than its predecessor.
Alcatel said what they want is to continue what they have started with the first OneTouch Flash smartphone, offering devices to more consumers at very pocket-friend asking price and yet at the same time making better devices than the previous installment, providing accessibility and convenience to consumers.
Still one of the highlights of this Flash 2 device are the cameras, Alcatel calls the rear-facing shooter "gSight" which sports a 13MP camera equipped with technologies like dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, autofocus and wide angle lens, its lens is a made with Samsung ISOCELL S5K3M2 sensor to provide the best quality of photos for its users. The front camera is also not left behind offering a 5MP snapper, also with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. These have to be one of the best calibrated cameras in smartphones of today in its category.
As for the display, the Alcatel Flash 2 has a smaller screen size which comes in at 5.0-inch with HD IPS resolution, this should provide more battery life as the processor are not required to power a bigger size and more pixels, and speaking of power, the device features a massive 3,000mAh battery pack. The RAM internal storage stay the same at 2GB wand 16GB configurations, respectively. Users can still have a microSD card inside the phone up to 64GB in size.
Sofware wise, there is an Android 5.1 Lollipop, the latest Android Lollipop OS yet. Connectivity, users will be happy to hear that the 4G LTE support is still here as well as the dual-SIM and dual-LTE functionalities.

Just like the first Flash Plus, the Alcatel OneTouch Flash 2 will also be sold exclusively via Lazada Philippines starting on September 30. The Philippines is not just the first country to have this Alcatel Flah 2 launched in but also the first country to start selling.
