Smartphones with big batteries from different brands are now starting to flood the smartphone market. In fact as of this very moment there is another handset that was just recently announced bearing a large 5000mAh battery that is promised to last up to 2.7 days of usage on a single charge, meet the Alcatel Pixi 4 Plus Power.
Alcatel adds that the Pixi 4 Plus Power's huge battery can last up to 14 hours of video playback. It was also announced that this smartphone will sport some sort of quick charging technology which is I am happy to know since large batteried-smartphones really take longer time to get fully recharged. And just like Asus Zenfone Max devices, the Pixi 4 Plus Power also boasts reverse charging technology which in other words can double as a power bank for other devices.
Rigth now Alcatel has not fully released information about this phone but key details have been disclosed. Display is one of those where the handset has 5.5-inch HD IPS scree, then there is 1GB RAM and an expandable 8GB internal storage. Software wise, users will have the new Android 6.0 Marshmallow right out of the box. Unfortunately LTE support is not available, but there is dual-SIM and dual-standby SIM slots that is equipped with 3G and HSPA+ connectivity support.
