A Huawei Nova 3 Smartphone is Rumored to Arrive this December

Fresh from the recent and on-going success of the Huawei Nova 2i (see hands-on review here) release in the Philippines, the Chinese tech giant is now already rumored to be working on another Nova variant. If the recent rumor is to be believed, Huawei is going to be launch this device called Nova 3 this coming December.

GizmoChina website, citing a report from a Chinese site called anzhou.cn, says that this so called Nova 3 will sport almost the same design as the current Nova 2i as well as the four camera setup but with a bit upgraded lenses and internals.

The report claims that the Huawei Nova 3 will continue to have the 18:9 aspect ratio and Full HD+ (2160 x 1080) resolution with its 5.93-inch display. It is also further claimed that it will be powered by a Kirin 670 processor (Nova 2i has Kirin 659) and is most likely to be equipped with the same 4GB RAM + 64GB storage configurations.

As for its quad-camera offering, the report said there will be 20MP + 16MP combination on the rear and 20MP + 2MP on the front panel.

Huawei Nova 3 rumored specs:
  • 5.93-inch Full HD+ IPS Display
  • 2160 x 1080 resolution
  • Kirin 670 processor
  • 20MP + 16MP rear cameras
  • 20MP + 2MP front cameras
  • 3340mAh battery
The rumor says Huawei might announce this Nova 3 on December 5 and might also priced at around 2,999 Yuan or about Php23,000 in our currency.
