HTC One X+ is Now official

HTC confirmed yesterday the existence of their next Android smartphone, the HTC One X+. Running an Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with Sense 4+ skin on board and a massive 4.7-inch Super LCD 2 screen, this will be one of the devices we may choose from on this coming holiday seasons.

Under its hood will be the 1.7GHz quad-core Tegra 3 CPU and a larger 2,100mAh Li-Ion Battery which is according to HTC One X+ webpage is 50%  longer battery life than what we have one its predecessor. When it comes to storage options, HTC One X+ will be available in two variants 32GB and 64GB however the option to use MicroSD card for memory expansion is not available on this one but we can still take advantage of the free 25GB cloud storage from DropBox for two years. 

The camera remained at 8-Megapixel with the additional of two modules: Self-Portrait for subtle retouching of  front facing shots and the second one which is called Sightseeing that allows a quick launch of camera app.  

This new HTC phone will be rolled out in Europe and Northern Asia this month of October while for South Asia release will be in November. Pricing? We still have to sit back and wait for further announcement.
