iPhone 5
It maybe a little bit late but finally the newest flagship smartphone by Apple is coming to the Philippines via the two biggest mobile communications provider, Smart Communications and Globe Telecom offer the iPhone 5.

The 4-inch and biggest iPhone to date was announced on September 12, 2012 in California Apple unveiled its official Philippine launch which is on December 14.

Couple of days later after the Philippine release confirmation, both Smart and Globe released their versions of iPhone 5 Plan offerings. See the screenshots below from their respective networks that show iPhone Plans and pricing details.

The table below is the iPhone 5 Plans and Pricing from Smart Communications.

According to Smart also released Prepaid Kit Pricing for the iPhone 5 available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB for Php 33,600, Php 38,780 and Php 43,950 respectively.

The following iPhone 5 Plans and Pricing details are from Globe Telecom.

As for Prepaid pricing Globe gives it out for Php 35,400 for the 16GB variant, Php 40,800 for the 32GB and Php 46,300 if want to get the 64GB one. For additional information about Globe's iPhone Plans and other offers you click on this link.

I don't know how these two telcos calculate their prepaid pricing but it is noticeable that Smart offers the most affordable iPhone 5 on a prepaid plan.

The iPhone 5 sports a 4.0-inch Retina display, under its hood runs an Apple A6 1.2Ghz dual-core processor paired with a 1GB of RAM. This also features 2 cameras with 8MP on the back and a front facing one at 1.2 Megapixels. The whole show is run on iOS 6 operating system and of course the internal storage options 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.

      Nice question though. :D
