Nokia Launches a QWERTY Feature Phone Asha 210

While every smartphone and tablet manufacturer is busy creating and releasing their own top of the line flagship devices, Nokia does not stop on working on their Windows Phone 8 smartphones as the Finnish
company just announced a new member of its Asha phones that features a QWERTY keypad, the Nokia Asha 210.

Aside from having a qwerty keypad, Asha 210 sports a 2-megapixel back camera, 2.4-inch 320x240 screen and supports memory expansion via microSD up to 32GB. The battery of Asha offers 1200mAh which Nokia says can last up to 12hrs of talk time. One thing I noticed about this new Asha handset is its physical design which somehow similar to the Lumias' especially the color selections as the phone will come in yellow, pink, blue, black and white.

In the US the Nokia Asha 210 will be only for $72 plus tax. So we can expect the phone to have a very affordable price when it hits the Philippines. Other features that Asha 210 offers are it supports wifi connectivity and the dedicated button for Whatsapp. Nokia partnered with Whatsapp to provide its future owners free Whatsapp access for as long as they keep the device.

Nokia Asha 210 is expected to be shipped out in the third quarter of 2013.
