Throwback Movies at SM IMAX Theaters

SM Cinema is having a throwback treat for all of the Pinoy movie goers around the country. This coming October, SM Cinema will re-show movies top grossers and most anticipated movies of 2012 in all of its IMAX theaters in the country. Hit the jump for more details.

I spotted the poster below on SM Cinema's Facebook page this morning and as soon as my mind processed what's said on it, I got so excited and I think I am going to catch at least one of these movies again on IMAX. I don't care if I have seen it, all I want is to watch it again on that monster screen. The photo was only captioned "Coming this October!", so we have to watch out for the full announcement of dates and which movies are going to be shown at which IMAX house. 

So what movies are gonna be showcased in this one-of-a-kind movie treat? According to the poster above these are Frankenweenie, John Carter, Wrat of the Titans, The Avengers, Journey 2, The Mysterious Island, MIB 3, Prometheus, The Amazing Spider-man, Resident Evil: Retribution, Underworld Awakening, Rise of the Guardians, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Lorax, The Dark Knight Rises, Dark Shadows, Skyfall, Battleship, Total Recall, Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 and Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol.
