After being away from the tech scene for a little while, Dell is now back and is equipped with weapons of their own to grab a scene again in the tablet race. Continue reading for more information about these new Dell tablets.

The Dell Venue 11 Pro is powered by Windows 8.1 bearing a display of 1280x1080 IPS screen. Under the hood is an Intel quad-core Bay Trail Processor paired with a 2GB RAM. It also supports attachable keyboard. Dell is not really fully releasing the technical specifications for these tablets, like for example its battery life where it only says is going to last for about 11 hours on a single charge. Cameras are also included where you can find a 2MP front facing lens and on the back is a 5MP shooter. It comes with a 32GB solid state storage. Another thing is it is actually not 11-inch but a 10.8" slate and according to dell it will start to go on sale in November for a price tag of $499. Kinda stiff price but according to early reviewers of the device at the press event, the tablets look very promising when it comes to looks, software features and performance. We won't be able to find those out to be correct or accurate until we see full reviews of the said devices.

Venue 11 Pro has it small brother named Dell Venue 8 Pro and yes this one has 8-inch 1280x800 IPS Display. You can expect that. Also running Microsoft's new OS Windows 8.1. This one is also powered by a Bay Trail processor by Intel. As for camera this will provide you a 1.2MP front one and a 5MP rear facing camera. This device only weights 388grams plus according to PCWorld website it will bear a 4,830mAh battery. Memory can also be expanded like other Venue tablets but via full SD card, so would need to have a microSD card reader to use your existing microSD cards. You can take this one home for $299 at least in the US.

Dell Venue 7 and 8 are the Android ones which sport 7-inch and 8-inch 1280x800 resolution respectively with 2GB of RAM Each. As for its processors, they will have an older version of Intel's which is Clover Trail processors which was announced late last year if my memory serves me right. Camera configurations are not the same though. For Venue 7, a VGA front camera and a 3MP back camera while the Venue 8 has 2MP in the front and 5MP in the back. Dell said consumers can expect a Wifi and LTE versions of the devices.
