Plants vs Zombies 2 for Android Now Available!

As what promised, PopCap Games' free-to-play Plants vs Zombies 2 has finally made its way to the Google Play and now available for Android devices to download and play. This Android version of PvZ2 will have the same features and functionility found in its iOS counterpart which was previously released in August, that's according to Tony Leamer business director of the game

It's a free-to-play strategy game and if you have tried defeating those zombies using the plants on an iOS device, you will definitely have the same experience when it comes to the types of zombies you are going to face and all same levels will be available too in this Android version. But it does not mean that everything is free, the in-app purchase functionality is still in this game should a player wants to buy special items and credits.

If you have an Android device running at least Gingerbread 2.3 and has 1GHz processor and 1GB of RAM and up, then you are good to download the "Plants vs Zombies 2: It's About Time" and travel through time with Crazy Dave. Currently there are three "time" stages in the game, first is the Ancient Egypt then followed by the Pirate Seas and lastly the Wild West. There is also another major update on the game, it is the fourth stage and is called the "Far Future" which is currently under development stage, this was announced during the company's Gamescon press conference.

So far the Plants vs Zombies 2 for iOS has been downloaded for more than 25 million now. Let's see if Android users can overshadow that figure in the coming months. What do you think guys?
