Plants vs Zombies 2 Heading to Android Devices

Are you one of the Android users who have been patiently waiting for the official release of the Plants vs Zombies 2 on Google Play? Well we have a somewhat good news for you. Currently the PvZ2 is already available on Google Play store for download however only the users in Australia and New Zealand have access to it. But most tech websites are reporting citing sources people close to EA that the Android version of the plants fighting zombies game will have a worldwide release sometime this October.

Like its iOS counterpart which was released in August will be a free-to-play game with in-app purchases to enhance and boost plants powers against the zombies. Plants vs Zombies 2 for iOS is playable on at least one of the following, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4Gen, iPad 2 and iPad Mini with an iOS version of as old as 5.1. For Android devices, according to its Google Play page is compatible with devices running Gingerbread 2.3 and above.
