Lenovo Introduces Yoga 8 and 10 Tablets With Multimode Feature

Lenovo recently unveiled its newest innovation in tablet by introducing the Yoga  8 and Yoga 10 Android tablets featuring multimode functionality where it the device is designed for better holding, watching and typing experience. Not only that, the Chinese company boasts an 18-hour battery life on a single charge this Yoga tabs come with. "This is the product that understands consumer needs", Ashton Kutcher said at the event where these new Lenovo tablets were unveiled.

Yes it's Ashton Kutcher, the Hollywood actor, producer, tech investor and tech-savvy guy, the same guy who portrayed the late Steve Jobs in its biopic film titled "Jobs", is now a product engineer at Lenovo. At the even that was held on October 29, Lenovo announced that they have Kutcher on board as their product engineer.

The Lenovo Yoga 8 and 10 tablets, as what the names suggest, are 8-inch and 10-inch slates sharing these same specs such as 1280x800 resolution, 5MP and 1.5MP rear and front cameras respectively. There would be an upfront 16GB storage space which can be expanded via microSD card. As for its processor, there is a 1.2GHz MT8125 quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. These tabs run on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. And of course the battery that Lenovo and Kutcher claim to be able to last up to 18 hours on a single charge. Who does not like that? Apart from specs so long that it's good I am okay with that just give me a gadget that can last through the day, at least.

Now what about the "holding, typing and watching" experience I mentioned above? See the photos below and you will have an idea of what all these mean, plus check out the video below to give us a more detailed overview about this new feature that has never appeared in other tablets.
