CES: Samsung Unveils Tab Pro in 8.4, 10.1 and 12.2-Inch Sizes

Aside from the new Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 that was just announced today at Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, the Korean tech company also announced other Tablets bearing the "Pro" name and these are the Samsung TabPro with sizes 8.4, 10.1 and the new and biggest size of all 12.2-inch Android tablet. Upon looking at these devices the bigger ones look the same as the Note Pro 12.2 while the 8.4-inch one looks like I am also looking at LG G Pad 8.3, a bigger Galaxy Note 3 and an iPad Mini. The design looks very familiar but the specs, software features and the display are another story.

All these three Tab Pro series of Galaxy tablets sport a stunning 2560x1600 Super Clear LCD display and all are running on Google's newest OS Android 4.4 Kitkat right out of the box. That is really setting a new standard on what a tablet can do and offer in the coming months or years. One more common thing on these devices is none of this features S-Pen an accessory only limited to Galaxy Note devices.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4
The Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 will have 8MP camera and 2MP shooter back and front respectively and just like the Note Pro its battery is also calibrated at 9,500mAh juicer. 3GB of RAM and 32GB and 64GB storage variants will be available, there is also the new Magazine UX on display with the Tab Pro 12.2 slate.

Other two Tab Pro tablets, Tab Pro 10.1 and Tab Pro 8.4 will share the same specs as the 12.2 one, so it means that aside from what are mentioned above, these three devices will have the same processor which are going to be a 2.3GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with also LTE support being available, however there are some of the variants will ship out with Samsung Exynos processor and that maybe between 3G/WiFi and 4G LTE options. However, the Tab Pro 8.4 and Tab Pro 10.1 will only ship out with a smaller 2GB RAM and a smaller battery size.

Prices and availability dates are still to be announced.
