Would You Like To See Sony Windows Phone Devices?

With Nokia Lumia line of devices dominating the Windows Phone market today, would you still like to see other brands releasing smartphones and tablets powered by Microsoft's Windows Phone OS? Sony is actually planning to release smartphones again running that third big OS on the market according to an interview with an exec with TechRadar.

Pierre Perron, head of Sony Mobile Europe, said to TechRadar that they are currently in talks with Microsoft to use the operating system and what they can deliver on top of it. This serves as a sort of confirmation to the rumors about the Sony's plan to release Windows Phone-based smartphones that have been around for the past years, there were even leaked images of the said devices that emerged online before.

As most people know, Windows Phone OS is not an overcrowded platform unlike Google's Android OS where there are of course Sony, then Samsung, LG, HTC, Motorola and many more. But for Windows Phone, the only one I know is Nokia and this Finnish company is doing a great job in creating these Lumia smartphones up to date. Because of what Nokia has done with it, I now like to try WP devices especially the Lumia 1520 and if Sony can add more to what Nokia has done in the Windows Phone universe, then I think that would be great to see since the Microsoft-owned platform is not getting the attention of the world and many of the major apps developers with their apps such as Vine, Temple Run, Instagram and others. What do you think?
