Samsung Galaxy S5 Photos Leaked Before It Gets Announced

While Samsung is widely expected to debut its new flagship smartphone which many say is to be named Galaxy S5 at this year's Mobile World Congress that is currently happening in Barcelona, there were a number of leaked photos of the said Android device that popped up online mostly from sources SaudiAndroid a Twitter user and HardwareZone a forum website.

Looking at the images of the alleged Samsung Galaxy S5 it immediately reminds me of the previous Galaxy S smartphones, it also bears resemblance to the current Galaxy Note 3. You will see many of the photos on Techcrunch as they made a report about this leak and compiled the Galaxy S5 photos from those sources so you can also judge if there are similarities and differences between this one and current high end Galaxy devices.

If this is the actual and upcoming Galaxy S5, I will not like it as much as I did when the Galaxy S4 (and other S4 variants) was released as it looks like it does not offer newer things to look forward to than the current Samsung flagship devices' in terms of its physical design. One of the pictures shows that this device will offer a "Finger Scanner" functionality which is also shown with its separate app (see below) plus there is also a new feature to be had here which is called "Download Booster" so users can download files with over 30MB in size faster than usual. We will know more about the upcoming flagship smartphone of Samsung at the their event at MWC in the coming hours in Spain. For now let's wait until that happens before we say our thoughts on the device.
