CloudFone GEO 400LTE and GEO 400LTE+ Announced With LTE Support

CloudFone, one of the local electronics players in the Philippines that do not release that much of smartphones like the others, has just announced that they will be launching two new smartphones capable of supporting LTE technology. Meet the CloudFone GEO 400LTE and GEO 400LTE+.

The two CloudFones will be identical to each other featuring 4-inch displays, powered by 1.2GHz quad-core processors by Qualcomm Snapdragon and sporting 5MP rear cameras. However the company has not fully revealed the rest of the specs and features of the devices aside from what were mentioned above.

So what's the difference between the two? They will definitely not going to release two smartphones with the same exact offerings. So far what CloudFone has confirmed is that the RAM on GEO 400LTE+ will double the size of GEO 400LTE's. We assume that is going to be 512MB versus 1GB of RAM. The released photos also show that the two smartphones will be running on Android 4.4 Kitkat.

As for the pricing of course we expect these two to be very affordable. Although it is not confirmed yet, CloudFone has given a hint about its pricing and teased "“it might just come with a price tag that is sure to shock and make you look again”. That sounds interesting. CloudFone is known to have their smartphones sporting bigger battery sizes, let us also hope that these new babies will have the same treatment. We hope to hear more details about the devices.
