Nokia Z Launcher App Now Available on Google Play Store

Nokia has just unveiled the N1 Android 5.0 Lollipop tablet at Slush 2014 Conference in Finland. Together with that surprising product announcement, the Finnish company also revealed that its Z Launcher for Android devices which had been in alpha and early beta stage is now on open beta stage for many more users to try and download from the Google Play Store

Even though the Z Launcher is now on open beta stage it is still limited to some regions as per its availability. If you don't see it on your Google Play Store app in your device it means that it is currently not released in your country or region, that includes our country the Philippines. But I am pretty sure more markets will follow soon.

However, there is still another way to download it to your device and that's what I did with mine. Simply head to the Z Launcher website, download it from there and it should work.

Some of the best things the Z Launcher offers are its simplicity and ability to adapt to how the user uses his phone throughout the day. On the home screen the launcher will display the most used apps and contacts and others. If there are so many apps users can use its "scribble" functionality, simply write the first letter of the app of contact you are looking for anywhere on the screen and it will display all the entries with that letter. And then in the app tray, all apps are arranged in alphabetical order for easier navigation. It's very simple and easy to use plus it works very fast and smooth on my device.
