Blackberry Classic Now Officially Announced and Launched

Blackberry has just made the Classic smartphone officially announced and released at an event recently held in New York City. However pre-order for the Classic began early November with a promise of shipping the device starting this month.  Apparently the Canadian company was able to delivery their promise for the said smartphone which can now be had via local carriers around the world, and on Amazon website for $449.

The Blackberry Classic still features the iconic physical full QWERTY keyboard which the company is famous for, above it is the 3.5-inch touchscreen display that features 720x720 resolution. And it is covered in Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for greater protection. See more specs below.

Looking at the specs, it is very clear that Blackberry still thinks about those professional people who works in the office as it offers more productivity and security than many other smartphones around. There are productivity tools that come with the Classic such as the Blend, Hub and Assistant. But of course that does not mean that the Blackberry Classic can only be used on work-related activities and simple communications purposes, just like any other smartphones the Classic has the capability of downloading apps. This smartphone comes pre-installed with Amazon AppsStore hub which means this will be able to run many Android apps that are available on Amazon store, plus the device can also access apps from the Blackberry World.
