HTC Desire 620 LTE and Desire 620G Announced With Dual-SIM

HTC just unveiled two new smartphones in its home country, Taiwan. The two Android 4.4 Kitkat-powered devices are called Desire 620 and Desire 620G.  These two smartphones are set to be released this month in the country, the 620 will immediately go on sale while the 620G won't be released until mid-December. 

There are a couple of main differences found on the devices, first is the Desire 620 will be equipped with a 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor pegged at 1.2GHz and then the Desire 620G will be powered by a MediaTek SoC clocked at 1.3GHz but it's an octa-core processor. Another thing is the Desire 620 is capable of LTE connectivity, the Desire 620G is not. Both smartphones will have 8GB of internal storage right out of the box and will support microSD card for additional memory however they do not support the same memory size, the Desire 620 will be able to handle up to 128GB card and then Desire 620G only up to 32GB. 

Aside from the mentioned differences above including prices, the rest of the specs are just identical to each other.

The HTC Desire 620 will be retailed for about $225 and the HTC Desire 620G will cost users $160 when converted from the Taiwanese currency. As of posting there are no words yet if any of the smartphones will be released in the Philippines.
