Mi Note Pro is the Other Flagship from Xiaomi

To the surprise of so many tech enthusiasts who were waiting for the official announcement of the Xiaomi Mi Note, another flagship device was actually unveiled at the event in China by Xiaomi. And that is the Xiaomi Mi Note Pro. Two flagships in one announcement, just like the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus last year.

The Mi Note and Mi Note Pro share almost the same of the specs with some minor differences, they both have 5.7 inches in size but the Mi Note Pro has sharper display featuring a Quad HD display or 2560x1440 pixel resolution with a total of 515 pixels per inch density. Even the processor in the Pro version is more powerful than the first Mi Note, inside is the eight cores of 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor clocked at 2.0GHz (Cortex-A57) and 1.5GHz (Cortex-A53), four cores each. Then there is the massive 4GB of RAM, as big as the one found on Asus ZenFone 2 which was also just got unveiled at CES 2015. Plus a 64GB of internal storage right out of the box.

Xiaomi Mi Note Pro also supports 4G LTE network up to Category 9 or up to 450Mbps download speed. That's very mouth watering if you ask me.

Just like the Mi Note, the Pro variant also sports 2.3D and 3D curved glasses both in front and back panels. See image below to check how this particular curving works. Both front and back are covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for added scratch and shatter protection.
