SM Cinema Says 'The Last: Naruto the Movie" Will be Released this May

The Last: Naruto the Movie's release date in the Philippines via SM Cinema has been delayed a couple of times since its original opening date back in December of 2014. It was first moved from December to January of this year and then again rescheduled to a February release. Still February came and no Naruto animated film was released. Now SM Cinema has just made an announcement very recently concerning the movie's new showing date. According to their Facebook page, it is now set to be released on May 13, 2015.



Synopsis:

Two years after the Fourth Shinobi World War, Naruto must stop Toneri ?tsutsuki, a descendant of Hamura tsutsuki, after Toneri causes the moon to descend towards the Earth.
