Asus ZenPower 10,050mAh Power Bank Coming to the Philippines Next Month
Asus just had a regional launch event in Jakarta Indonesia yesterday to officially launch the much awaited ZenFone 2 smartphone. It is known that the device will also make its way to the Philippine market but many attendees were also surprised when Asus unveiled a new ZenPower Power Bank at the event.
Coming in multiple color selections and enclosed in an aluminum casing, ZenPower 10,050mAh power bank will also be released in the country. YugaTech asked for the possible date of the release and according to the information they got from an Asus PH rep, the powerbank will be launched on the Philippine market together with the ZenFone 2 next month. However no official pricing was mentioned yet for its PH release but in Indonesia it will cost less than Php1,000 when converted to our local currency.
The powerbank sports input/output ratings of 5V/2A and 5V/2.4A respectively, a single port for charging and another for charging out. There is also a power switch located on the accessory and four LED lights. And as for the dimensions and weight of the ZenPower, according to Asus it measures 90.5 x 59 x 22mm and weighs at 215g.
Now if you think you cannot wait until May to get a new power bank and the 10,050mAh is a bit small for you, you may consider getting the Mi 16,000mAh power bank from Xiaomi instead which is only for Php1,299 and will be available for purchase at Lazada PH this coming April 24. Apart from the bigger capacity, this Mi power bank sports dual-charging ports allowing users to charge two devices at once.
I hope you are doing great, cheers!
