Newly Announced Lenovo K80 Joins the 4GB RAM War with 4,000mAh Battery

As far as I can tell it's Asus that started this 4GB RAM battle as early as January this year then followed by Xiaomi's Mi Note Pro within the month after that. In the Philippines the ZenFone 2 just got officially launched and many fans are really waiting for it to be available for purchase. Today, Lenovo is joining the battle with their own 4GB RAM-equipped K80 smartphone.

The smartphone will first be released in China on April 30 bearing price tag of 1,499 Yuan or about Php11k in Philippine peso.

A number of specs have been revealed to be offered by the K80 there're the 5.5-inch Full HD display, an 64-bit Intel Atom processor clocked at 1.8GHz, of course the 4GB RAM and an onboard 64GB storage which is most likely an expandable one. For the back camera there would be a 13MP one with Optical Image Stabilization, it also runs Android 5.0 Lollipop with Lenovo's UI on top.

The Lenovo K80 will come in multiple color selections in black, silver and red. Not only the RAM and some other specs are bigger in here, but also the battery pack which is pegged at 4,000mAh.
