Kid Kulafu Movie Promises to Tell the Untold Story of Manny Pacquiao

Star Cinema and TEN 17 Productions have partnered together to bring yet another Manny Pacquiao movie, titled Kid Kulafu. This movie is directed by Paul Soriano and stars Robert "Buboy" Villar as the young Pacman. The film tells the story of the Pambansang Kamao before he became the Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao we know today and promises to feature stories that have never been told before.

Official teaser and full length trailers have been released for us to have a first look at of which you can see below. You may ask why Kid Kulafu? According to the trailer that was the name Manny was using when he just starting as an amateur boxer. It's like a prequel to 2006's Pacquiao the Movie starring Jericho Rosales as Pacman which focuses on Manny's story as a fighter.





Other cast includes Alessandra de Rossi as Mommy Dionisia, Manny's mom and Cesar Montano as Pacquiao's uncle Sardo Dapitran. Kid Kulafu opens nationwide on April 15, 2015.
