Sapphire Glass-Backed Oppo R1x Now Available for Php15,990
Oppo's latest smartphone under R series has just arrived in the Philippines bearing the Php15,990 price tag with it. That's the Oppo R1x smartphone and it was first announced globally in January this year so it's not that long before it was officially launched in the country plus many other markets got this device in April.
The image above is a photo posted by Oppo Philippines on their Facebook page and features some of the highlights of the smartphone. First is how they designed the back panel, it's faceted like diamonds. However it's not made of diamonds which will make it super duper expensive but instead Oppo chose sapphire glass to adorn the rear.
Oppo R1x has 13MP rear camera and paired with a 5MP front facing one and both of these two have f/2.0 aperture lenses and are also equipped with Pure Image 2.0+ camera features to make sure that users will have preserving moments experience beyond merely capturing things as they happen.
On the front side there is the 5-inch 1280 x 720 resolution IPS display with what the company calls "Pixel Eyes" screen, this makes the screen looks thinner and clearer and provide better viewing experience than the normal HD displays. Powering from the inside is an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor from Qualcomm with 2GB of RAM and default internal and expandable storage of 16GB. Users will be able to use microSD card as big as 128GB. See more specs below.
