Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S-Pen Formally Lands in the Country

The new S-Pen equipped Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8 has finally arrived in the Philippines through an event Samsung held yesterday night. It's a mid-range Android 5.0 Lollipop-powered tablet that aims to provide users additional creativity and productivity tools, thanks to the implementation of the S-Pen stylus and software related to it.

If you have used an S-Pen featured Galaxy devices before, the experience is basically the same on the Galaxy Tab A 8 device. This is built for multitasking requirements and to compliment that feature, Samsung added a 2GB of RAM to the specs line up paired with a quad-core processor from Qualcomm, a Snapdragon 410 to be exact and it's clocked at 1.2GHz. As of writing, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is now available for purchase while some stores will get them starting next month for a hefty suggested retail price of Php15,990.


  1. I thought only the 9.7" a8 model is the only one that has an s-pen?

    1. Well it's always changing and Samsung is known to that, I even thought before that S-Pen would only be exclusive to Galaxy Note devices but that's not the case anymore.
