OPPO A39 Smartphone Now in the Philippines, Priced Php10,990

Until today, there has been no device sitting between the Oppo A37 and the extremely popular Oppo F1s both in specs and price wise. So I just got a word from our friends over at Oppo Philippines informing us that the new Oppo A39 has just been made official in the Philippine market.

Of course the next thing we would ask about a new Oppo smartphone is the camera specs. This A39 sports a 13MP rear camera that is capable of capturing up to 50MP ultra-high definition images, thanks to its extra-large1/3.06 inch sensor. The sensor also enables the camera to maximize the amount of light being captured especially for night time shots and in low light scenes. On the front panel is a quite smaller-than-other-Oppo-devices 5MP selfie camera. Oppo said even though it's pegged at only 5MP, its extra-large 1.4um pixels and 1/4-inch sensor has higher light sensitivity and frame rate to capture crisp pictures and videos with reduced noise. It's also equipped with latest version of beaufication technology called Beautify 3.0 which enhances the skin and facial features through seven beautify levels, two skin modes, and upgraded photo-enhancing algorithms.

The design of the OPPO A39 is very similar to its latest predecessors encased in a magnesium-aluminum alloy unibody casing and comes in gold and rose gold color options. The screen sports a 5.2-inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 resolution and protected by a 2.5D Gorilla Glass 4 on top. On the inside is a 1.5GHz 64-bit MediaTek MT6750 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage. It's a dual-SIM (nano) capable device with support to microSD card for memory expansion up to 256GB.
