Here's the Price of Nintendo Switch in the Philippines Right Now

The Japanese game and console maker, Nintendo, is on fire right now and that is due to the release of its latest handheld gaming console called the Nintendo Switch all over the world. Here in the Philippines, we are still to know when it will officially arrive here and how much this particular portable gaming machine will actually cost Pinoy fans a piece.

Local gaming store such as Datablitz is currently accepting pre-orders for the Switch but has not released actual price yet. Right now if you pre-order the gadget through them, you will only be asked to provide a Php5,000 downpayment, then the rest of the amount should be paid on March 3, which Nintendo Switch's tentative local release date.

However, a recent post on PinoyScreenCast.net website revealed how much this gaming console is going to be for when it hits local market on the same date. A photo was posted on the site giving image credit to a certain DranReb showing the Nintendo Switch being offered bundled with free games for pre-order from an unnamed local store with the full SRP beside it. See below.

The image, as you can see above is also citing a March 3 launching date. The Nintendo Switch bundle is being offered for a retail price of Php26,499.75 and each bundle will come with either grey or colored Joy Con controllers and free Zelda: Breath of the Wild and 1,2 Switch games.

UPDATE: March 4, 2017.

The Nintendo Switch game console is now officially available at DataBlitz and they have already confirmed that the official and final SRP is Php24,495. The retail price is already bundled with Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and 1-2-Switch games. Both Nintendo Switch with Gray Joy-Con and with Neon Blue & Neon Red Joy-Con controllers are available too.

Please note that branch availability may vary per location. It is best advised to contact first your preferred DataBlitz store before visiting them personally. You can see their list of contact numbers here >> http://bit.ly/DBBranches.

  2. Seriously, in America its $300 convert that and it's literally the price of a special edition of the new 3ds here in Philippines. I'd rather bring ₱20,000 in America and buy the Nintendo Switch there, and I'd still have leftover money from that trip

    1. $300(nintendo switch) + $60 (legend of zelda) + TAX (depende kung nasaan states ka, ex: New York(8.875%) = $392 or 19,712php
Isama mo pa ung 1,2 switch na gane, $49.99 +TAX

    1. Di kasama tax ang presyo sa US dahil iba iba ang tax nila kung nasaan lugar ka.
Presyohan mo ung switch tska ung mga kasamang laro tas dagdagan mo ng 12% tax para malaman mo kung magkano.

    2. I agree with but look. Look on lazada you can get it for 19,495. Which is also more than 15k. One thing is when you look on the retailers of nintendo switch in america, All of the retailers which priced the nintendo switch for 299$ is out of stock and so at amazon the prize is 426$. And I think its unfair because when you convert it to peso it is more than 20k and I think it is recommended to buy on lazada. And I think it is because it's overpriced also in amazon because of its availability. Its curruntly unavailable right now. And if you want that 299$. I don't know how.

Each get is about 40 - 60$ each.
