Globe Releases Postpaid Plans for Samsung Galaxy S8 Series

Today is the day! Online retailer giant Lazada and Samsung stores nationwide have started accepting pre-orders for the most anticipated smartphones of the year, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. These phones will officially land locally beginning May 5th. Local telcos have most likely prepared their best postpaid offerings with these devices, we just need to wait a little longer to finally see them all and decide which one we should grab in case we would rather get the phones via postpaid plans.

As of today however, Globe Telecom has officially unveiled its postpaid kit for the Galaxy S8 and S8+. New and existing subscribers can now call their hotline and apply for contract renewal, additional line, or brand new subscription and reserve for one.

Flagship plan for this device would be ThePLAN 2599. It offers more than 11GB of data, unlimited calls to Globe and TM, unlimited texts to all networks, plus free premium access to Netflix, Spotify, and HOOQ.
Globe's ThePLAN 2599 consists of Plan 1799 and Php19,200 cash out fee which can be had on a 24-month (Php800/month) contract via credit card or charge to bill for recontracting. Also if you renew your existing postpaid plan to this, you will get a free Bluetooth speaker below.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will also be available under the following plans with their corresponding cash-out fees.
