Infinix Note 4 and Note 4 Pro Launched in the Philippines

Another Chinese smartphone maker (Infinix Mobility) is returning to the Philippines with not just one, but two phablet offerings with them. Through a local event that was held yesterday, the Infinix Note 4 and the Xpen stylus-equipped Note 4 Pro devices have been officially launched.

What's the difference between the two? Virtually nothing, except for the battery size, outside design and the Note 4 Pro having its own stylus called Xpen.  The rest is just the same from display size and resolution, to camera pixels, down to processors and RAM.

The Infinix Note 4 and Note 4 Pro are really huge of a smartphones, both device sport 5.7-inch screen with full HD resolution. Like may other mid-range smartphones around, the Note 4 and Note 4 Pro also have that sleek 2.5D curved edges with the entire screen protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass panel.

Powering the phones are 3GB RAM and octa-core Mediatek processor combination with a default 32GB internal storage onboard. This storage is definitely not going to be enough in this day of apps and software sizes, but users can insert a microSD card up to 128GB. These will also be the first devices from Infinix Mobility to be outed with the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS mixed with the company's own XOS 2.3 OS.

Camera wise, users will have 13MP+8MP rear-front camera shooters upfront. Dual-SIM functionality is also found on the phones but not confirmed yet if these are hybrid type of SIM slots. Connected to the SIM feature is the support to 4G LTE networks for fastest mobile internet connectivity. Security is also one of the best features of these phablets as they are equipped with fingerprint scanners.

And now for the battery, there is not much of difference there either. The Note 4 has 4300mAh, while the bigger brother has 4500mAh one, both are equipped with Infinix Mobility's fast charge tech called Xchange.
