LG Q6a, Q6, and Q6+ aka LG G6 Mini Now Official

As the rumors suggested, LG has just formally launched new smartphones all bearing the company's FullVision display technology previously found on the current LG G6 flagship device. These new phones are called LG Q6a, Q6, and the Q6+.

All these three phones share a lot in common both in terms of specs and design with slight variations in configurations, most especially in the RAM and storage department. For example, all of them have the same 5.5-inch Full HD IPS FullVision display with 2160 x 1080 resolution and a Snapdragon 435 processor from Qualcomm.

Now for the RAM and internal storage, the Q6a has 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, the Q6 has 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and the Q6+ sports the largest random memory access at 4GB paired with 64GB on-board storage. Users can have microSD card in these phones to add storage.

Unfortunately there is no fingerprint scanner on this series and there is no dual camera setup on its back panel. Instead users will get a single 13MP main shooter camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 5MP selfie camera on the front.

LG Q6a, Q6, and Q6+ specs:

  • 2160 x 1080 resolution
  • Snapdragon 435 processor
  • 2GB / 3GB / 4GB RAM
