Vivo Extends Warranty on these Select Models for another 6 months

If you are one of the owners of the following Vivo devices, the Chinese smartphone maker has some good news for you. To show gratitude to its loyal patrons like you, Vivo Philippines is extending the warranty period for the phones listed below.

  • Vivo V3
  • Vivo V3 Max
  • Vivo Y51
  • Vivo Y55

The extended warranty will be good for another six months starting March 1, 2018.

For example: Vivo units purchased on September 10, 2016 came with a one-year warranty period. This means that their warranty supposedly expired on September 10, 2017. But with this new Vivo announcement, these units are now covered by the extended warranty until March 10, 2018.

Repair policies such as no human errors as well as physical and liquid damage are still applied with this warranty extension. It is also worth noting that the accessories are not covered by this extension.

In addition to the limited extended warranty offer for those select Vivo smartphones, starting this month of March, Vivo will also be offering new services like free software update, recover system, and cleaning services at all of its centers nationwide to all Vivo smartphone users of any model.
