Nokia 8110 4G Philippine Pricing and Availability Revealed

Initially unveiled during this year's Mobile World Congress in the US, the Nokia 8810 4G aka the Banana Phone or the Matrix Phone is finally coming to the Philippines starting next month. Together with the availability date, its official SRP has just also been revealed.

Earlier today, HMD Global, visited Davao City and invited local members of the media as well as bloggers and influencers to formally introduce its newest smartphone offerings to the people of Davao.

We had the opportunity to personally try out these new phones namely Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 6, Nokia 1, and the legendary Nokia 8110 now with 4G connectivity.

One of the highlights of the event was the reveal of the official pricing for the Nokia 8110 4G alongside its local availability.

The Nokia 8810 4G is priced at only Php3,990 and will be available nationwide starting on May 14, 2018. See some more key specs of this phone listed below.

Complete with the elegantly curved and slider-design, the Nokia 8810 4G's slide to answer and end call feature that makes accepting and terminating calls a lot faster and easier. And new to its specs is the inclusion of 4G LTE support which enables the device to provide crystal-clear VoLTE calling experience.

While still being categorized as a feature phone, it can now browse the internet through its built-in browser either via WiFi or 4G network. It can also work as a mobile hotspot for other devices. That being said, HMD Global made sure that the Nokia 8810 4G has an access to an app store for favorites like Google Assistant, Google Maps, Google Search, Facebook and Twitter, send and receive emails or import contacts and sync calendar with Outlook and GMail.

The Nokia  8810 4G is equipped with a large 1500mAh, which is according to HMD Global, will last the phone up to 17 days on stand-by mode or up to 9 days of talktime.

Again, the Nokia 8110 4G is officially priced at Php3,990 and will be available beginning May 14, 2018 across the Philippines in Traditional Black or Banana Yellow color options.
