HMD Philippines has just announced a great news for local users of their Nokia 6.1 and the new Nokia 6.1 Plus smartphones. As part of the company's promise to continue deliver a pure, secure and up to date Android experience, the much anticipated Android 9 Pie software update for these devices has finally arrived!

Packed with Google's newest software and building on the features of Android 8.0 Oreo, Android 9 Pie features artificial intelligence and machine learning to give owners more customized and tailored Android experience.

  • Adaptive Brightness: Automatically adapts phone brightness by learning from your interactions with different settings.
  • New System Navigation: Features a single home button that provides intelligent predictions and suggestions (user-enabled).
