Is The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword for Nintendo Switch Arriving? Latest Reports Say So

One of the biggest and hottest rumors on the internet right now, especially in the gaming scene, is that Nintendo is reportedly working on a Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword release for the super successful and popular Nintendo Switch console.

Main reason for this sudden rumor comes from what happened at the recent Nintendo Live concert in Osaka, Japan. According to reports and tweets coming from the attendees of the event, The Legend of Zelda series director Eiji Aonuma made a surprising and exciting teaser statement, which says,

"I know what you're waiting for. Skyward Sword for Switch, right?" - Eiji Aonuma, The Legend of Zelda Series Director.

Re-releasing versions of Zelda for newer Nintendo consoles is something we have been seeing doing by Nintendo itself. In the last few years we have seen this practice with Ocarina of Times, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess for 3DS and Wii U gaming consoles. So this Skyward Sword coming to Nintendo Switch, which are both popular around the globe, is something that's most likely to happen in the near future. Would you agree?

The Skyward Sword was originally released in 2011 for Wii, but did skip Wii U console since this system's Wii remote control was optional and the game heavily relied on this type of accessory and feature. Incidentally, Nintendo Switch comes built-in with support to motion controls and its joy-cons are just perfect for the job, so that's an additional reason why Skyward Sword is going to be heading to the Switch.

If this is really happening, what we really want to know now or hear at least in the meantime, is if it's going to be a remasterization or a ground-up remake version for the Switch.
