AsiaPOP Comicon 2019 is Happening on August 2 - 4

Yes it is just January, but the people over at AsiaPOP Comicon Manila have decided to officially reveal when the Philippines' biggest comicon event for the year is going to happen.

The AsiaPOP Comicon Manila 2019 is taking place on August 2 - 4, 2019 at SMX Convention in Pasay City.

The announcement was posted a little while ago on AsiaPOP Comicon Manila Facebook page with the following caption that says,"APCC will be back - bigger and better in 2019!"

For now, only the dates have been officially revealed. This is great though as fans outside of Metro Manila can plan way ahead for this much anticipated annual pop culture event. This is also great for fans who need to ride an airplane to get there like ones from Cebu and Davao including myself, for example, as we now have exact dates of reference when waiting and looking for Cebu Pacific Piso Sale or any airfare promo from other airline companies.

This 2019 will be AsiaPOP's 5th year since 2015, and last year was the very first time I was able to attend the said event.

And while the AsiaPOP Comicon 2018 was already big and successful enough for me, they promise 2019 to be a lot bigger and better. So whatever they have in store for us this time around, we have to wait for the official announcements in the coming months.

So what's the best thing to do for now aside from keeping note of the dates? Start saving up! Start saving up for the in-event promos and discounts on countless merchandise and all things geek collectible items, start saving up for exclusive items to be offered my local and international artist who are gracing the event, start saving up for your airfare and accommodation if you are one of those people, and of course start saving up for meet-and-greet with local and international celebrities. Hopefully AsiaPOP will bring in even bigger and more international guests this time around.
