New Software Update for Realme C1 Now Rolling Out

With your Realme C1 smartphone, fire up the Settings app, scroll down to About Phone, and look at ColorOS Version. If it's not at V5.2.1, then it means it has not updated to the latest software version yet. To update your device, just select Software Updates in the same app and it will auto-detect and download the update.

This is because Realme Philippines has a brand new good news for its Realme C1 smartphone users like myself as they just started rolling out a new system update for the said device. With this new update, the company promises users to enjoy "new features that promote efficiency and optimal mobile experience."

One these new features is called the Smart Bar. It promotes device usage efficiency such as multitasking by allowing users to launch apps faster with easier access. This new update also allows a quicker launch of the Google Assistant with just a 0.5-second press of the power button.

Additionally, this ColorOS 5.2.1 system update also brings in updated Android Security Patch, according to Realme, for a much more secure mobile experience. The reminders are also optimized which is an update that can be utilized when the Developer Options, Accessibility Mode and Device Manager are turned on.

And last but not least, is that users can now explore added reboot function, single swipe notification dismissal, and headset icon in the status bar.
